These easy, delicious honey muesli bars are the perfect snack solution – naturally sweet, energy-packed, and simple to make with Busy Bee Local Honey. Ideal for busy mornings and hungry tummies!

✨ Homemade Honey Muesli Bars ✨

Ingredients
• 1 ½ cups rolled oats
• ½ cup desiccated coconut
• ½ cup rice bubbles
• ½ cup sunflower seeds
• ½ cup sultanas
• 125g butter
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• ⅓ cup Busy Bee Local Honey

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a slice tin with baking paper.
2. Mix oats and coconut, spread on a tray, and bake for 8–10 mins until lightly golden.
3. Combine oats/coconut with rice bubbles, seeds, and dried fruit in a large bowl.
4. In a saucepan, melt butter, sugar, and honey. Simmer 2 mins, then pour over dry mix. Stir well.
5. Press mixture firmly into tin. Bake 15 mins until golden.
6. Cool completely before slicing into bars.

We’re so excited – Busy Bee Honey is heading to CarFest to set up today (starts tomorrow)! 🐝🚗
We’ll be there all weekend with our raw honey, natural creams, and candles. It’s a brilliant event for music, wellbeing, food, cars, and family fun – and we’d love to see you there!

Pollinator advent day 13
We are past the halfway mark of Advent now, so it is time to pull out the big guns… BRUSSEL SPROUTS!
 Love them or hate them, these are a Christmas staple, and Christmas dinner would not be Christmas dinner without a couple of these babies!
Coming from the Brassica family, insect pollination is needed for these vegetables to create seeds for the next year’s plants. So, you can either thank or blame your local pollinators for the sprouts on your plate!
