Our bodies don't know the difference between an actual experience or a mere thought.

We are literally able to change our biology, hormones, genes, neuro- circuitry and chemistry by simply having an inner event!

This is a great reminder to be mindful of our thoughts, checking ourselves when they become less than helpful and trying to switch our minds to a more positive story.

Our bodies are always listening 🤍

There are times when events in the world make us feel totally helpless.

However we can have an impact and it simply starts with ourselves.

The Universal Law of 'As within, So without' shows us the key to eliminating something from our external world, is to eliminate it from our internal world of our thoughts and feelings.

If we are all harbouring unresolved anger, hatred and fear within ourselves, then this will manifest outwardly as our consciousness is connected to the Quantum Field.

All physical matter in the Universe arises from the non physical thoughts in the Quantum Field.

It is widely understood that there is in fact no reality outside of the mind.

Everything we perceive in the world has roots within our inner world of thoughts, feelings, beliefs and ideas.

Therefore we can in fact make a difference if we all consciously watch our inner thoughts and focus peace, on unconditional love and understanding within our own lives 🕊
