Due to unexpectedly high levels of staff sickness, we have very limited appointment availability today. We will be prioritising patients based on clinical urgency to ensure those with the most pressing needs are seen first.

If your issue is not urgent, you may be offered an alternative appointment date or signposted to other appropriate services. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to maintain safe care for everyone.

❤️ February is Heart Month! ❤️
This month, we’re shining a spotlight on heart health and the small steps that make a big difference.

Heart disease remains one of the leading causes of illness in the UK, but many risk factors, like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, and inactivity, can be managed with the right support.

Here’s how you can get involved this month:

💓 Book a blood pressure check if you are overdue a check

🚶‍♀️ Add a little extra movement to your day

🥗 Make one heart‑healthy swap each week

🚭 Reach out if you’d like support to stop smoking

Your heart works hard for you every day - let’s give it the care it deserves.

Cervical Cancer Prevention Week 2026 ✨

This week is all about knowledge, empowerment, and action. Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers we face, and together, we can make a real difference.

💙 What you can do today:

- Book your cervical screening if you're due. It’s quick, it’s important, and it saves lives.

- Learn the symptoms and share them with the women and people with a cervix in your life.

- Talk openly! Breaking the stigma helps others feel confident about getting checked.

- Support HPV vaccination for young people, it’s one of the strongest tools for prevention.

Small steps lead to powerful change. Let’s use this week to raise awareness, support each other, and protect future generations.

Your voice could be the reminder someone needs.

Prevention is power 💪💙

Social media is increasingly playing a large part in our daily lives.

We need to make it a kinder place as opposed for it to be somewhere anger and hate breeds. Everytime we use social media, we leave an imprint.

Social Media Kindness Day is encouraging for all those imprints to be kind!
