As a Trust we would advise new parents not to co sleep, as there are greater risks of injury and sudden infant death syndrome of the baby.

However, we understand that this may be a choice that works for some families and we want to make sure if you do choose to co sleep, you do so in the safest way to reduce these risks.

The Lullaby Trust have an extensive range of information to help you keep your baby's sleep safer.
