Knights Training Academy was established in 2004 to deliver a diverse range of qualifications in the security industry. Since establishment, Knights Training Academy has grown to be a national training organisation offering a wide range of training solutions from work based qualifications such as Apprenticeships and NVQ training to high quality short courses including First Aid training, SIA training and assessor and verifier qualifications. Throughout this expansion, our key mission, goals and values have remained the same. Our mission is to be an outstanding Academy, committed to the success of our learners and employers. Our focus is on meeting national and regional education, skills and employment goals for individuals and employers. Knights Training Academy is committed to a policy of continuous quality improvement. This means robust, accurate and ongoing self assessment which leads to real improvement in the quality of the learners’ experience and success. We are holders of the matrix standard: a unique quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and support services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.
