We all know that we can be our biggest critics…. As humans we are so quick to nit pick at ourselves….
Have any of you thought or said the following to yourself?
“ I failed”
“I can’t do it”
“ I’ll never achieve that”
“ I’m such a disappointment”
“ why do I bother”
“ I look/feel horrible”
“ I don’t deserve it”
✋🏻 Yep, Me too…. Im guilty of those negative thoughts, self doubt, lack of confidence in myself..
However… that has never served me well, it’s a horrible cycle of negative thinking that just makes things worse.
If we told ourselves once a day something positive… something kind in the morning… would it help to navigate the course of a better day?
How about starting your day with a daily affirmation, you can find plenty on the internet for inspo..

“ I can achieve whatever I want to achieve”
“ I want this & I will get it!”
“ I am capable of incredible things”
“ I Am Amazing”
