Specialising in residential , Nursing and Dementia care, Camberley Manor is a care home ideally situated in the beautiful area of Surrey Heath. Our primary purpose is to provide our residents with quality life and personalised care, whether they are a permanent resident or just with us on a short term break. The design of the home and its entire operation are dedicated to that cause. Our approach to specialised nursing and dementia care is, we believe second to none, with a high-trained carers and nurses on hand 24 hours a day to provide assistance to meet the needs and wishes of each individual resident. Food is important to all of us and so our in-home chefs prepare a delicious freshly cooked menu three times a day, with snacks and drinks readily available at any time. 🥑🍋 Nutrition & Hydration Week Highlights 🍓🥤

As part of Nutrition and Hydration Week, our fantastic Hotel Services Manager, Cliff, hosted an engaging and informative masterclass for our residents!

Cliff explored the benefits of superfoods and shared practical tips on how to incorporate these nutritious ingredients into everyday meals. The session was both educational and delicious, featuring a variety of inspiring dishes:

✨ Avocado on brioche toast
✨ Marinated beetroot with whipped feta and mint
✨ Fruit and nut smoothie
✨ Low sugar lemon drizzle cake

Residents not only enjoyed tasting these creations but also picked up fun facts and valuable insights to support healthier lifestyle choices.

This Mother’s Day we celebrated the wonderful women who mean so much to us💐

Our lovely residents received flowers and cards, we shared small gifts with our amazing team members and we hosted a special afternoon tea, for our mums and their families to enjoy together.

We know Mother’s Day can be difficult for some, especially for those whose mothers are no longer with us. We chose to celebrate and remember the incredible women who have been part of our lives, past and present, and to appreciate everything they have done for us. 💖

🦆💛 Duck Diaries – Day 3 💛🦆

The cuddles continued today as our little ducklings are quickly becoming a much-loved part of the Camberley Manor family. 🐥

Today was a big milestone for them, we introduced them to water and gave them their very first little swim and bath! 💦 It’s safe to say they absolutely loved it. The ducklings had great fun exploring the pool, with some showing lots of confidence, even ducking underwater and zooming around like tiny speedboats!

It was so much fun to watch and truly amazing to see how much these little guys have grown and developed in just a few short days.

🦆🥚 Duck Diaries – Day 2 🥚🦆

The final two ducklings have officially made their entrance into the world! 🎉 That means all five are now here and have been busy meeting our wonderful residents throughout the day.

We’ve been helping them learn the important things, like drinking and feeding, and by the end of the day they had already mastered it like little pros! 🐥💧🌾

Their personalities are starting to shine through too. They have adorable bursts of energy, zooming around for a while, before suddenly crashing out in a fluffy little huddle to sleep and keep warm. It’s all so cute 💛

It’s been so lovely seeing visitors interact with them and watching faces light up when they meet the ducklings. We were also joined by our toddler group from today, and it’s safe to say the ducks were a huge hit!

🥚🐥Duck Diaries – Day 1 🐥🥚

Today we welcomed five duck eggs into our home, ready to enjoy the wonderful experience of watching them hatch into fluffy little ducklings. We were told it might take a couple of days… but clearly, they were very keen to meet everyone!

One speedy little duckling made a surprise entrance just an hour after arriving 🐣✨ and two more quietly made their debut overnight. We’re still waiting on the final two, the suspense is real!

A very proud Cliff was honoured with the very first cuddle last night 💛

🌸Spring Taster Menu🌸

We were delighted to host our Spring Taster Menu session, for our residents, and what a fantastic afternoon it was! There truly was something for everyone, with a delicious selection of starters, mouth-watering mains, and beautifully prepared desserts.

We also introduced some exciting new additions to our bistro menu, which went down an absolute treat! 🍽️✨

A huge thank you to our talented Head Chef Lewis, Sous Chef Sharon, and all of our wonderful kitchen team for their hard work, creativity, and dedication in making the event such a brilliant success.

We can’t wait to share more culinary delights with our residents soon!

In the sweetest gesture, one of our managers Cliff, spread love and smiles throughout our home by gifting every resident and team member a beautiful rose. 🌹 Each bloom was a reminder of kindness, friendship, and the wonderful community we share here every day.

Happy Valentines Day from us all at Camberley Manor ♥️ For many people living in a care home, the journey here has followed the loss of the love of their life. 💔 That kind of loss is profound, and we know it can never be replaced.

At our home, we don’t try to take the place of those treasured relationships. Instead, we focus on building meaningful connections within our community, encourage friendships over morning tea, shared laughter during activities, a comforting hand to hold, and caring conversations that brighten the day.

Love looks different here. It’s found in small acts of kindness, in compassion shown every day, and in creating a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and understood. It’s about promoting wellbeing, nurturing a sense of purpose, and helping each person feel part of something special.

We can’t replace the people who will always hold a place in someone’s heart. But we can make sure that every resident feels loved, supported, and part of a family once again. ❤️ Happy Valentines Day ❤️

At Camberley Manor, Love and Friendship Week is the perfect opportunity for a well-deserved team meeting.
Taking time to come together, catch up, and reflect as a team is so important. It gave us the chance to share updates, celebrate achievements, and most importantly, show our hardworking employees just how much they are appreciated. 🌟

Every day, our team brings kindness, compassion, and dedication to our residents and to one another. This week was all about giving some of that love right back to them.

Delivering quality care and expert nursing - our primary purpose is to provide our residents with quality of life, stimulation and person-centred care, whether they are a permanent resident or staying with us on a short term break. The design of the Home and its entire operation are dedicated to that cause. Our approach to specialist, nursing care is, we believe, second to none, with a highly-trained, professional carers and nurses available 24 hours a day, to provide assistance to meet the needs and wishes of each individual resident. Food is important to all of us and so our in-home chefs prepare a delicious freshly cooked menu three times a day meeting specific, dietary requirements, with fresh, healthy snacks and drinks readily available at any time. To keep life interesting and fulfilling for all residents, Camberley Manor has a daily schedule of various mental and physical activities, organised by our highly energetic and motivated Wellbeing Team. Our programme of enrichment is developed to reflect the preferences of our residents and complemented by the involvement community groups and individuals as a result of our proactive community engagement.
