Examples include walking, running, swimming but also can include techniques like butterfly tapping (also used in EMDR for reprocessing challenging memories and feelings) 🤗

Whether it's big 'T's or little 't's the outcomes in our bodies and our behaviours afterwards can be very similar. If we weren't able to respond in situations appropriately to help ourselves feel safe, then it is natural to have lasting effects from this.
Recognising these and being able to work through reprocessing these triggers and memories can help create lasting positive changes in your life.
