Pilates....our Chair and Beginners Classes are currently FULL but there are just a couple of places left on our next block of Intermediate Classes starting on 15th April at Camborne Community Centre on Wednesday afternoons 3.30pm - 4.30pm
This class is suitable if you have done a bit of Pilates before and have a moderate level of fitness - do join us!
We begin each class gently warming up and reminding our bodies of good posture and alignment.
Then we find our core muscles and work them with a variety of small controlled movements, sometimes using equipment such as a Pilates Circle, a squishy ball or a resistance band to challenge us more!
We always do some lovely stretches too, and we end the class with a few minutes of guided relaxation.
Taught by an osteopath, we emphasise building up your core effectively whilst protecting your spine and moving safely.
