Our penultimate teacher training Saturday session today. Amanda, Rebeccand Ali putting volunteers through their paces with mock assessment style sessions. Wonderful feedback from students which we very much appreciate 🙏

A week thinking about immunity with a class based around the 2009 influenza sequence devised by Guruji BKS Iyengar.
The sequence includes inversions and supported forward bends to stimulate the lymphatic system, chest openers to support cardiovascular and respiratory health and breath work
- for everything 🙏
Here are a few pictures showing there is a way for every body.

On a train now, on the way to the annual Iyengar Convention with a very large bag of yoga kit and a very small bag of clothes!
Back in the studio Tuesday evening but you will be well looked after by Hannah Benham and Alison Campbell on Monday 🙏❤️🙏
