It’s February Half-Term, which means I’m taking a short break from receiving massage clients, but as you can see my table is never empty….

My massage space is more than a home studio - it’s an accessible regulation space within my family home (as demonstrated by Miss C-P)!

~ The massage table is toasty warm.
~ The linens are soft.
~ The blanket is heavy.
~ The lighting is low & warm.
~ The senses are soothed, by the colours & smells within.

It is so loved by us all and is filled with gentle breaths, joyful laughter, big dreams, and honest conversations each day (AKA my love languages 💚).

What is holistic massage???

Holistic massage is a personalised, therapeutic approach that treats the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—rather than just specific aches or symptoms.

Derived from the Greek word holos (“whole”), it combines various massage techniques to support stress levels, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation. 

It aims to support the body’s natural ability to heal, balance, and regulate itself.

Thursday: Closed
