Wow wow wow!
Getting back into doing my Facial Reflexology and Zone Facelift Massage treatments has been absolutely wonderful after this enforced break. I had forgotten just how much i LOVE giving these treatments and hearing how my clients are loving them again has been such a boost.

Rosie Maternity enjoyed a Wellbeing day on 14th June 2019.
Treats 4 Feet Reflexology offered midwives Facial Reflexology, Hand Reflexology and Foot Reflexology.
What a wonderful thing for these lovely ladies, some coming in on their days off, management were great enabling those working to slip out to have a well deserved treat of relaxation enjoying Kathleen's Reflexology.
Such a fun day.

July 3rd saw Kathleen at Treats 4 Feet Reflexology offering Facial Reflexology and Hand Reflexology to the staff at a wellknown Biotechnology company in Cambridge.
I was invited to be part of a Wellness Week that the company put on as a Big Thank You to their staff. Such a wonderful way to spend a Wednesday dont you think.

This subject and activity is dear to my heart. As a Neonatal Nurse and part of the focus group Developmental Care, we practice baby massage, encouraged Kangaroo care and developing ways to improve a Neonatal Intensive Care babies environment to optimise their development both physiologically, physically and psychologically. Now as a reflexologist and trained in the Bergman method of Facial Reflexology i find the gentle soothing touch used eases and comforts both adults, children and babies alike.

A study monitored the brain activity of babies when they had a blood test while being stroked.
