Netty — Mindful Creative Expression Painting
Let your inner artist speak. Netty will guide you through a calming, intuitive painting process designed to help you slow down, connect inward, and express emotions through colour and texture. This is all about the process, not the end result—absolutely no artistic skills required.
Antonia — Blissful Sound Bath
Allow waves of sound to wash over you as Antonia uses crystal bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments to create a deeply tranquil soundscape. This immersive experience helps quiet the mind, ease stress, and bring you into a state of restful clarity.
