📚 Confession: I’m a self-certified study geek & total book worm.

For over 10 years now I’ve pretty much always had my nose in a book or my head in a course, learning, training, upskilling… all so I can better support women through my work and my business.

But last year I decided to study for me.
I dove into a year-long astrology journey (10 months in and still mind-blown ✨) with the amazing Laura Green Yoga and alongside that I’ve been studying feminine embodiment 💗

And wow… these haven’t just been “courses” they’ve been a deep soul-unpeeling, heart-opening, who-am-I-really kind of journey.

Turns out when you stop studying just to do more and start studying to know yourself more… magic happens. ✨

Also… I may have a slight addiction to courses. 🤔

If only I’d applied myself this hard at school 😂.

And to share the moon love this Friday, under the energy of the New Moon 🌑 I’ll be guiding a beautiful New Year New Moon workshop for anyone who fancies setting intentions from a soulful place ✨
