Sessions at Paus from August onwards will be on the first Thursday and Friday of the month to make it easy for you.

Booking also moves to a booking system so no more emailing me back and forth for availability or booking :)

Easy to see how many spaces there are available, it automatically allocates your space so I don't have to chase and also sends out reminders before the sessions so you will definitely won't forget.

Please note we have a No refund policy and only allow to change a date once via emailing me and it is at my discretion 48 hours before at least. Less than that and the session is lost. It however can be gifted to a friend.
