I can't believe today has come! My last class for a little while, whilst I go off to welcome our son into the world ❤️

4 years I've poured my heart and soul into these classes, private sessions, and events. I've met soooo many people, from all walks of life, and each and everyone of you has shaped me a little along the way.

I truly believe in what I do. I believe in Qigong because it saved me, and in all the small ways i believe it saves everyone that walks in the doors of my classroom. From the relentless society that demands too much, from the overstimulation of all the tech we now use day to day, the insomnia, the stress, the chronic pain...all of it.

It has been an absolute privilege to guide every one of you and to watch how quickly it takes effect on you all.

Thank you to each and every one of you for entrusting me with this. It means more than I could ever express in a post.

I will be back, but for now... please take care of yourselves, and if you're really going through withdrawals, don't forget I made a video to get you through my absence 😊

Join me for some Ma Wang Dui qigong. This beautiful slow flowing moving meditation is structured so that each move targets a specific organ/meridian. By the end of the practice you entire system will feel full of calm energy as Qi and blood are restored head to toe.

Can I ask as many students as possible to share Darwin Nurseries page? And if possible tell friends and family about it too? After their very harsh temporary closure through the summer, they are struggling to get word out that they are back open and geared up for Christmas!

They are an absolutely incredible farm shop, that provides a work place for adults with learning disabilities - which is vital for them to feel like a part of the community.

Its an amazing place for local foods, cheeky cakes, christmas trees, taking the kids to see their goats, chickens, ducks, pigs, and hares, and their wonderful plants - just to name a few.

We were talking about Darwins incredible Pumpkins just last class! Whether you're making a beautiful soup, carving one for Halloween, or baking something autumnal - they're definitely the best place to go locally!
