Raluca has a nursing degree from Bucharest Nursing College and a General Medical Degree from Health West University "Vasile Goldis" Arad/Romania. She also working towards a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Facial Aesthetics from Medical Aesthetic Training Academy in Harley Street, London, and has achieved the Enhanced Surgical Skills for Surgical First Assistant Level 7 from Edge Hill University. With a background in emergency care, Raluca started her career in 1999 as an operating room nurse at the Fundeni Medical Institute in Bucharest, Romania. She has since worked in various specialties, including close collaboration with plastic surgeons in cosmetic surgeries, cancer and trauma, and general surgery. Raluca is a Registered Nurse/Advanced Surgical First Assistant in the NHS, where she continues to provide exceptional care to her patients. She is a member of various professional bodies, including the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN), The Aesthetic Complications Expert Group World (ACE Group World), Ico. (information Commissioner’s Office), Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (jccp), and the Royal College of Nursing.
