We are excited to share that ‘Food Allergy Activity book’ for 4 to 6year olds is now OUT and AVAILABLE to purchase! 🎉🎉🎉Yeah!

For those who visited our stand at the June 2025 , we talked about this product. And excited it’s here now! Apologies we couldn’t bring it with us to the show this year.

As you may be aware of our story and journey,Uche Okorji-Obike’s daughter was diagnosed with cow’s milk protein allergy, egg allergy and severe eczema at 3months. Today, she thrives allergy free following reintroduction.

During the just concluded World Allergy week the theme was Anaphylaxis: a preventable threat. At Tots2teens Allergies, we believe that prevention of Anaphylaxis starts early with education of our children on allergies - whether they have allergies or not.

Today we offer a tool to facilitate food allergy education for 4 to 6 year olds. We hope you are as excited about it as we are.

It’s available for purchase at our website and on

We hope you enjoy this beautiful educational product.

It's World Eczema Day (also known as Atopic Dermatitis Day)! The theme for this year is

💡Did you know that the most common form of eczema is Atopic dermatitis! It affects 1 in 5 children in the UK and can be challenging for suffers. For sufferers, it is a disability.

To kick off more awareness, I am sharing an picture of how severe the condition can be for babies especially those with cow's milk protein allergy. The picture shared is that of my daughter's head at 3months. We battled with severe eczema from birth. She was subsequently diagnosed with Cow's milk protein allergy and egg allergy.

📌 In the coming week, as be focus on during the Eczema Awareness week, I will be sharing more on the subject especially in line with food allergies. This is because this is one aspect of food allergies that is barely discussed.

What is your allergy journey? Does your child have eczema or still living with severe eczema? Leave your thoughts in the comment section.

To celebrate my little sunshine's birthday (the inspiration for starting Tots2teens Allergies), I thought I would share a ***Book Review*** on Thrive allergy free, Journey to a life unlimited by food allergies by Mrs Belzar (see below). Little sunshine, your journey with severe eczema and allergies have birthed a seed that has blessed a lot of people. This review captures what the book has to offer.

'Thrive Allergy Free is an essential read for anyone affected by allergies. Whether you're a patient, a caregiver, or a healthcare professional, you'll find valuable insights and practical tips that can help improve the quality of life for those dealing with allergies. What sets "Thrive Allergy Free" apart is its holistic approach to allergy management. Dr. Okorji-Obike doesn't just focus on the physical aspects of allergies; she addresses the emotional and psychological challenges, offering guidance on navigating social situations, dietary restrictions and the anxiety that often accompanies allergy management. Her recommendations are not one-size-fits-all but rather emphasise personalised approaches that consider the individual's unique situation.'

Hope you are encouraged to get your copy today. Or gift someone with a copy of the book (link in bio). Remember as parts of the proceeds go to and London. Also available in e-book.

For the past weeks we have been following for and . One of the things I am reminded of every time I watch the Olympics is that what we see on the day is a cumulative of all the things that went in the background to make the athlete who they are at the event.

For parents and especially those with children with allergies or any other special needs, most people do not see the challenges, the secret tears, the frustrations with getting a diagnosis for the child, the sacrifices that come with supporting the child. One of the things that helped me with my child during our journey with severe eczema and food allergies is to always remember that it is not a sprint, it is a marathon.

Our daughter had severe eczema, cows milk protein allergy and egg allergy. We chose reintroduction to the food items and eventually we got to a time when our daughter can eat them. For that, we are grateful for that. However, we do deal with eczema flare up sometimes. For some parents, reintroduction was not successful or not an option. In everything, do remember that the allergy parenting journey is or maybe a life time commitment. Life is a marathon and not a sprint. Be encouraged, have the right support group around you supporting you.
