Excited to join the team at BstFitness Newbury. I fell very lucky to teach two classes a week and get to know the wonderful Yogis.

My name is Luke Harden and I'm a Ashtanga Yoga Teacher. I trained in India with Himalyayan Yoga Valley and I feel very lucky to be apart of this lineage of Yoga teachers. Ashtanga is very invigorating in the body.

I teach very accessible style of Ashange Yoga, in the form of Vinyasa flow, with plenty of opportunity to modify and practice with your own ability.

Look forward to see all on Mondays at 10:05am and Wednesdays at 10:30am.
