In collaboration with the wonderful Safety and Health, we are running our first open house Mental Health First Aid at Work Level 3 course this month.
Our fully accredited Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace training course is running on 15th and 16th April 2024 in Letchworth, Hertfordshire.
Course places will cost £250 plus VAT per person, however we are offering a special introductory discount of 20% off this price.
Mental health influences our ability to function effectively and perform well in various areas of life, including work, studies, and personal pursuits. When we prioritise mental well-being, we are more likely to be focused, motivated, and productive. Conversely, untreated mental health issues can lead to difficulties in concentration, memory, decision-making, and overall performance.
Mental Health First Aid teaches practical strategies and techniques for offering immediate assistance to someone in distress. Participants learn how to approach and communicate with someone experiencing a mental health crisis, offer reassurance, and guide them toward appropriate professional help.
