These classes are a wonderful opportunity to prioritise self care, you are able to bring your baby along, turning the session into a time for healing, bonding, and connecting with your baby and other new parents. The supportive group environment creates a sense of community while allowing you to focus on your wellbeing.
Weâve purposefully created a longer session so you donât feel rushed, thereâs no pressure or judgement if you need to take a break to soothe, comfort or feed your little one and many of the exercises can be adapted if you need to be together.
