As the year comes to a close, I wanted to send a little warmth your way 💜

This season can bring many feelings - tenderness, reflection, overwhelm, hope - sometimes all at once. Wherever you are, I hope you can offer yourself a little softness and space to breathe.

For many of us, this year has been a tough one - if you’ve simply made it this far - then truly… congratulations! That took courage. You are a warrior, whether it feels like it or not.💪🎖️

At this time of year, many of us are also holding those who are no longer with us in body, but who remain very much alive in our hearts. Their love continues - quietly woven into who we are and how we walk forward. Their presence hasn’t gone - it’s simply changed form.💫🌈💝

A Homecoming of the Heart

It’s been a while since I’ve written here.

In truth, the space between then and now has been one of the deepest journeys of my life.

When Mo — my beautiful companion, teacher, and soul-dog — crossed over, everything in me changed. His passing cracked me open to a new understanding of love, loss and the sacred transition of going Home.

Out of that experience, Home Journeys was born — now an extension of the work I offer through Mo & Me Therapies, holding space for both humans and the animals they love as they navigate life’s thresholds.

Today, on Mo’s anniversary, I’m quietly releasing The Home Journeys Rituals Guide into the world.

It’s more than just a book; it’s a gentle companion for those walking the path of farewell and a reminder that love never truly ends — it simply changes form.
