1-2-1 Discover your own Growth Path - Deal with the 3 key aspects of your being

I wish you all an amazing, purposeful, peaceful, and healthy 2025.

Very excited to announce a unique type of 1-2-1 type of training that combines external, internal and mind training.

If you want a private, bespoke path that combines the best external martial arts training, internal health training and mind training just drop me a personal message.

This approach can help students to deal with a wide range of challenges

Improving external/physical strength, stamina, flexibility & deal with low energy, muscles and cardiovascular problems
Internal - deal with organ weaknesses, immune system, and long term health issues
Mind - stress, will power, changing unwanted habits

The training will be taking place either face to face, in Nature or on Zoom.

The course is 8 (sessions)x 1 hour per term.
