✨ You don’t need to overhaul your life to feel better in the morning — but a few small habits can make a big difference.

In a previous post (about the 5am club!), I shared why routines need to be realistic to work.
This time, I’m offering a few non-negotiables I come back to again and again.

You don’t need a 10-step morning plan or a 5am wake-up to live well.
What matters is how you feel — not how it looks.

✨ A great place to start?
Try these simple, grounding habits:
⏰ Wake up at the same time each day
💧 Hydrate
⛅ Get sunlight
🚶 Move
📵 Avoid scrolling (your brain will thank you)

Then build from there — at your own pace.
Add what feels good: breathwork, journaling, breakfast, movement, music, stillness.

Because the best routines don’t follow trends — they follow you.
And when something feels good... you're far more likely to keep showing up for it. 💛

We often think of gut health in terms of bloating or digestion — but its influence runs so much deeper.

From clearer thinking to calmer moods, from better sleep to stronger immunity… your gut is in constant conversation with your brain and your body.

Small shifts can make a big difference to your gut health.
Start simple: more fibre, more colour, more fermented foods.

Protein pancakes? Yes please - but let’s make them gut friendly too! 💜

I spotted this recipe thanks to the current protein buzz! Made with cottage cheese & oats, they tick all the boxes: protein ✔️ fibre ✔️ live cultures ✔️

I topped with kefir, cinnamon, blackberries, blueberries, flax & h**p seeds- it’s a breakfast that feels like a treat but fuels the body.

Bonus: they freeze really well & pop straight in the toaster = weekday win.
(There are loads of versions online-just search ‘cottage cheese protein pancakes’ to find one that works for you)

Pancakes are no longer just a birthday treat! 😂
