Whether you’re smashing out a run, sweating through a summer match, or just soaking up the sunshine — your body’s working hard to keep you cool. And that means it’s losing water faster than you think.

💧 Why it matters:
Even mild dehydration can slow your reaction time, increase fatigue, and make your muscles more prone to cramps. For athletes and active bodies, that’s the difference between finishing strong… and feeling like you’re dragging a sandbag to the finish line.

Top Tips to Stay on Top of Your Game:
1️⃣ Pre-load your hydration – Don’t wait until you’re thirsty. Drink water regularly in the hours before activity.

Hydration isn’t just about quenching thirst — it plays a huge role in how your body responds to massage, movement, and muscle recovery.
