It’s hot outside!!
Whether you’re smashing out a run, sweating through a summer match, or just soaking up the sunshine — your body’s working hard to keep you cool. And that means it’s losing water faster than you think.

💧 Why it matters:
Even mild dehydration can slow your reaction time, increase fatigue, and make your muscles more prone to cramps. For athletes and active bodies, that’s the difference between finishing strong… and feeling like you’re dragging a sandbag to the finish line.

Top Tips to Stay on Top of Your Game:
1️⃣ Pre-load your hydration – Don’t wait until you’re thirsty. Drink water regularly in the hours before activity.
2️⃣ Sip, don’t chug – Frequent small sips keep your body topped up better than a post-workout waterfall.
3️⃣ Electrolytes matter – If you’re sweating buckets, replace lost salts with sports drinks or electrolyte tablets.
4️⃣ Watch the colour – Pale yellow urine = good hydration. Dark amber = time to drink up.
