Today marks a full year of taking the leap, trusting myself, and building the little business I always dreamed of. 🤍

This journey has taken sacrifice, long days, and a lot of faith… but it’s also given me so much joy, purpose, and pride.

If I only had 5 minutes for mobility… this is what I’d do 👇

Short, simple, and hits all the key areas.
Here’s the flow 👇

1️⃣ Worlds Greatest Stretch
📍 Targets: hips, hamstrings, hip flexors, thoracic spine
🕔 5 reps each side

2️⃣ Cobra
📍 Targets: spine, chest, hip flexors
🕔 Hold 5 deep breaths

3️⃣ Thread the Needle
📍 Targets: upper back, shoulders, chest
🕔 5 reps each side

4️⃣ 90/90 Hips
📍 Targets: hip internal & external rotation
🕔 5 each side

🕒 Takes about 5 minutes — perfect before training, after a long day, or anytime you feel stiff.

“ I think I slept funny…”💤
Maybe.
But neck pain is rarely caused by 8 hours of sleep and very often caused by the other 16 👀

If sleep was the problem, your neck would hurt every morning.

But it doesn’t.

It hurts after:
– Hours on a low laptop
– Head drifting forward
– Shoulders living by your ears
– Zero movement all day

Neck pain isn’t random.
It’s repeated.

Before you buy a new pillow, look at your workday. 🦐

Foam rolling before or after training?

Before → improve mobility 🙆‍♀️
After → support recovery ❤️‍🩹

Both have their place, it just depends what your body needs.

Slow, controlled pressure always works best.

How to know if your back pain is disc, muscle or nerve related👇

Not all back pain is the same and treating it wrong can keep you stuck.
Here’s how to tell the difference:

💿 DISC PAIN
Feels like: Deep, intense pain
Worse with: Bending forward or sitting
May travel to glutes/leg
👉 Pressure sensitive

💪🏽 MUSCLE PAIN
Feels like: Tight, achy, sore to touch
Worse with: After activity or overuse
Better with: Movement or heat
👉 Tight & reactive

⚡️NERVE PAIN
Feels like: Sharp, burning, shooting
Worse with: Certain positions, sitting
May have: Tingling or numbness
👉 Electric feeling

You might have a mix. it’s not always one type and some can trigger others..
