Situated in a pleasant residential area, Woodlands Care Centre is a charming purpose built and carefully designed home where we provide Nursing Dementia, Dementia Residential and End of Life care. We promote a high quality-of-care and active lifestyle in a pleasant social atmosphere. Located over three floors, our home includes light and airy, open plan lounges/diners as well as spacious en-suite bedrooms, and a variety of communal spaces such as our cafΓ© and hair salon. Our landscaped gardens are designed to be a welcoming place for people to relax. We are dedicated to providing a person centred, engaging and stimulating resident focused community; where family is at the heart of everything.

Meet Louise! πŸŽ‰ She's been a part of the Woodlands family for 16 amazing years. From her roles as a CHAPS and trainer to becoming our DOLLS lead and Dementia ambassador, she's been a true champion for our community. With many years of experience across the care sector, she is passionate about helping people feel comfortable, supported and listened to from the very first conversation.
Qualified in Health and Social Care, Dementia Care and Mental Health First Aid, Claudia is deeply committed to supporting residents, families and colleagues with empathy and understanding. She believes the best care comes from teamwork, trust and genuine compassion.
Outside of work, Claudia enjoys giving back through voluntary work, starting her days early at the gym and dancing, especially ballroom, with a dream of one day stepping onto the Strictly Come Dancing floor πŸ’ƒ
