R3FORM is Hiring: Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructors

We’re expanding our instructor team at R3FORM Marleigh and R3FORM Eddington and are looking for experienced, inspiring teachers who bring precision, energy, and exceptional member care to every class.

Who we’re looking for
• Qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates & group ex Instructors
• Minimum 2 years’ studio experience
• Confident in cueing with flawless technique
• Friendly, motivating, and community-driven
• Reliable, collaborative, and committed to delivering a world-class member experience

What you’ll do
• Lead safe, dynamic, and progressive classes aligned with the R3FORM method
• Build strong connections with our members and support their fitness journey
• Contribute to a professional, positive, and team-focused studio culture

Nice to have
• Experience across multiple formats (Barre, Yoga, Fitness)
• Flexibility to teach evenings, weekends, and cover classes when needed
