In addition to stringent adherence to all sterilization and disinfection protocols, we have now installed an air-conditioning system, which improves air hygiene by controlling allergens, bacteria and viruses.

Dear Everyone,

thank you so much for all your good wishes and enduring patience, which may at last safely be rewarded.

We will be holding clinics on 6th, 7th and 8th July from 8am to 5pm and on July 9th, from 8am to 1pm. Would you please, however, continue to consider ALL July appointments previously agreed, either with Aref or any other clinician, postponed until we contact you in person, for reasons explained in the following paragraph.

We would like all patients who have treatment needs, ongoing or new, whether they have already alerted the practice or not, to email (not telephone) the practice with their preferred of the above dates for treatment. We make no guarantee over date and time preferences, but we do guarantee that you will be seen.

The need for social distancing in the waiting room is well understood, which is why we must adopt a strict “one in, one out” policy; upon arrival, you will find the interior glass door locked - please wait to be admitted. Sadly, there will be neither newspaper nor magazines for the time being and absolutely no public use of our private staff facilities, nor can we accommodate accompanying friends and family as we have done in the past.

We know that we shall all accommodate soon enough to a new way of being - and really look forward to seeing everyone again.
