I often say that I don't give dietary advice, and that's because eating well is not about a set of rules; it's not about telling people what they should eat! Eating well looks different for everyone. This framework acknowledges the broad range of meaning, purpose and relationship that food, eating/feeding and nutrition plays in our lives. Particularly as it relates to children.

Paediatric Nutrition

Cambridge Paediatric Dietitian, Carine Henry RD, offers a private, expert and caring service for infants, children and teens to identify, treat and manage a variety of diet related conditions. As a registered dietitian for 25 years, Carine works with families, groups and other health professionals to provide nutrition education, dietetic treatment and behavioural strategies to facilitate positive parenting and good eating practices. Initially working in the NHS and Nutrition Research, Carine has run her own practice for 15 years and acts as Consultant Dietitian in the multi-disciplinary Cambridge Paediatric Practice. She blogs regularly about nutrition in infancy and childhood and runs workshops on various topics.
