Wow, wow, wow! What a special evening we had at our last Move&Relax session! And the best part it was all beautifully captured by the amazing Kathryn from How Are You Cambridge. Thank you for moving and relaxing with us, and for helping to spread the word about our little community. 💜

Hello, I’m Sev! Seweryn Ptak😊

Since 2023, I have been running Move&Relax sessions, combining movement and relaxation to help people feel more connected, balanced, and energised.

For nearly 15 years, I’ve been actively working with various communities across the UK and Poland. 🌍 As a Wellbeing Lead, I explore a wide range of relaxation techniques and provide engaging activities to support individuals in their journey to better wellbeing.

Beyond my work, I’m deeply passionate about music, contemporary dance, and gardening. 🎵🩰🌿
