Monday Basics 12pm / Open 6.30pm ( waitlist every week book early )

Wednesday Open online 5.30pm NEW time

Sat / Sun - 75hr training Course

Sunday - Open Express led by Ari 11.15am

A percentage of Santoshayoga profits goes to certain charities and good causes . Classes in Cambridge AND Saffron Walden workshops/ courses, special events and UK and world wide retreats. Andrea is an Advanced Jivamukti teacher and mentor on the Jivamukti teacher training programme as well as a Senior Yoga alliance teacher , she is also Yin yoga and Restorative yoga certified.
