We loved seeing our Home Manager Jade on That's TV last night talking about Bramley Court’s programme. 💪

Staying active is so important to us as a home, and it's about so much more than just exercise. It supports independence, boosts confidence and improves the wellbeing of our residents. More importantly, it brings them joy!

A huge shout out to our physio Rob and thank you to That's TV Cambridgeshire for having us. 💙

Our Bramley Ramblers are taking on the ‘Walk 50 Miles in January Challenge’, raising funds for Dementia UK to help ensure no family faces dementia alone.

At , many of our much-loved residents are living with dementia, so this cause means a lot to us.
