Tip for the day: For those of you back to work after the summer break take some time to check your posture as you get back to your desks. Ensure your screen is directly in front of you so your neck isn’t turned to look at it. Try changing the ringtone on your phone or setting a countdown timer to beep every 20 minutes to prompt you to move, if only for a few seconds: your body will thank you for it!
