After over 30 years as a Physiotherapist I have decided to move into massage therapy I am HCPC registered & a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

I trained at the London Hospital & I aim to provide a prompt, professional service that puts great emphasis on patient care & a warm welcome to restore you to full function asap. I am recognised by all the major private insurance companies & accept self referrals. I use a number of manual therapy techniques including soft tissue release, mobilisations, muscle energy techniques as well as acupuncture.

🐧 Something a bit different! 🐧

On the 28th April, my daughter will be hosting a photography exhibition, showing some of the photos she took during her deployments to the Antarctic.

Photos on display will be available for purchase to raise money for two charities close to our hearts, Alzheimer’s Research UK and Maggies.

On the night, enjoy a glass of wine and some nibbles, and find out what it was like to work in one of the most remote places on earth! 🌍
