We have started the gradual and very careful process of re-opening Prime Physio for our amazing clients, we have strict COVID 19 safety measures in place to reduce the risk to anyone attending the centre.

Some people will choose to continue with self-isolation for the time being and we total respect their decision to wait a little longer, if you need any further advice and guidance with your home based exercise / activity please do not hesitate to contact us.

You may like to know that we have invested in some virus busting electronic technology that kills viruses and bacteria on all surfaces overnight, we start each day with the knowledge that the clinic is virus and bug free, coupled with our PPE and strict COVID 19 safety policy we feel we are doing as much as we possibly can to safeguard our clients from this virus but of course we all need to remain vigilant and sensible in our approach.

We are really looking forward to seeing many more of you back at Prime Physio, in some ways nothing has changed but everything has.

Our promise to all our clients remains the same:

Prime Physio will continue to do everything we can, to safely get you in the best physical and functional condition possible, following your injury or illness.

Dear Friends and Facebook followers

We took the very emotional but actually very easy decision to temporarily close Prime Physio Ltd on Monday evening in light of the UK’s Government recommendations, the majority of our clients have underlying medical conditions and some are in the most vulnerable group, we HAVE to protect them from the spread of the Corona Virus.

We will aim to reopen as soon as it is safe for our clients and staff to return. In the meantime, we are available for any advice or help over the phone or electronically.

Our heart goes out to our AMAZING staff and clients who will have to bear the brunt of this period of isolation and uncertainty. But as the saying goes “we will be back” doing what we do best.

Please look out for each other and know that each and every one of you are in our thoughts.

I urge everyone to please do your bit, extraordinary times, require extraordinary actions, we will get through this. Stay safe people and please do not put any unnecessary strain on the NHS.

Very proud to work with the amazing Zach Washington-Young at Prime Physio during his Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation.

Our aim at Prime Physio is to get people in the optimum health and function following their life changing injuries. Zach is walking the 2018 London Marathon to raise funds for the Spinal Research and The RSTrust to help support people with SCI and find a cure for paralysis.

Good luck tomorrow Zach we know what you’re capable of.
