Today was sunny at Muchwood Green Burial Ground with just the violin and birdsong noise as we lowered the simple pine coffin, offered a native bloom into the grave and then left for a jacket potato lunch grown on the family farm.
We are funeral directors that support and assist families to do what is right for them and the person that has died for a more personal and meaningful goodbye.

A warm gathering at a local memorial village hall of family, friends and colleagues to say goodbye and share home made food before accompanying this much admired gent and avid cyclist on his last ride to his resting place at the nearby natural burial ground near Great Wilbraham, Cambridge.

Part of what we do is to source local and sustainable products to offer families more unusual quality of choice from artisan suppliers. We are pleased to add this beautiful welsh wool and willow coffin to our environmentally friendly options. Hand spun in Wales on a ply frame, supporting British farmers through the Wool Fund.
