We’ve just launched The Relationships Survey 2026 — our first ever questionnaire aiming to provide a snapshot of the nation’s relationships.

Cutting through the facts and figures, we want to hear how you view friendships, family connections, and romantic partners.

Once we know more about how you view your relationships, we can begin to paint a bigger picture on the state of relationships across the country.

This will help us understand what changes we should be fighting for so that everyone in the UK can access relationship support when they need it, and everyone has the capacity to enjoy safe, healthy, happy relationships.

TLC: Talk, Listen, Change – the national relationships charity dedicated to building safe, healthy and happy relationships.

🤝 By joining forces, we can secure the future of our work and make sure individuals, couples and families across East Anglia continue to get the very best relationship support.

👉 Important for our clients: Nothing changes with your counselling – your appointments will continue with your counsellor in the same way; with the same care and confidentiality you trust, and we’ll write to you with more information to confirm this.

We have some exciting news.

Relationship Counselling East Anglia will merge with the UK’s leading relationships charity, TLC: Talk, Listen, Change on 1 December.

TLC has provided relationship support for over 40 years, helping people across the country navigate crisis, abuse, and relationship breakdown.

Operating as part of TLC will help us gain access to a huge range of expertise that can better benefit your counselling journey. It ensures we can remain sustainable going forward, so your journey is never interrupted.

If you’re already having counselling with us, rest assured nothing will change. Your sessions will continue in the same manner with the same counsellor.
