You must eat something GREEN & something RESEMBLING MONEY (both coins and notes count ), and something RICH IN PROTEINS & GOOD FAT — all to ward off bad omens, invite prosperity and health, and call in as much good luck as possible!

🍀 These centuries-old traditions are what inspired our festive New Year’s Day menu.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍀 On offer for one more day — Sunday the 4th, until 5:30pm — and then again next New Year’s weekend in 2026.

🍀 1st & 4th slides — PAUS-made Pirogi with divine fillings. The Polish & Czechoslovakian communities may not have fully discovered this dish with us just yet, but judging by the feedback since New Year’s Day, we’re confident to say: Pirogi are becoming the new stars of our menu

🍀 2nd slide — The reasoning behind each of these traditions (or superstitions? — native English speakers, we’d genuinely love your thoughts on the best word here 👀).

🍀 3rd slide — Another hero dish: roasted pork belly, potato rösti, and the most delicious braised red cabbage, cooked exactly as our 85-year-old Grandma Ester makes it back home.

✨The year began exactly how we love it most — filled with laughter, love, and that unmistakable PAUS spirit.

✨ We’re sharing here just a fraction of the many lovely moments from NYD 2026:

• The ever-popular PAUS.NYD Retreat, including yoga, journaling, the Wishing Tree ritual, shaking & tapping, and several more heart-filling practices, alongside the full bathing experience and yummy lunch

• Ice O’Clock at 10am — now our fixed Thursday time

• Kissing under the mistletoe, to secure strong bonds all year round

• Hot tub sessions enjoyed by both newcomers and familiar faces, plus a record number of sauna bathers

• Special dishes from our New Year’s Day menu truly went down a storm — you have to try the pirogy, generously filled and utterly heavenly

• Even the skies reminding us just how spectacular the views from our Hilltop are

This week, we’re open 10am–6pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
