Helen Baker - Transformational Life & Health Coach Hi there :) Thank you for taking the time to visit our page. I have been a qualified Nutritional Therapist for 3 years now and love every moment of it!!!

I used to work in IT, and in my humble opinion looking after humans is far more rewarding than trying to fix machines. I decided to team up with my mum after she had 2 minor heart attacks and couldn't return to work. She was my first case study and I am happy to report she is getting fitter, stronger, and most importantly mentally healthier as the days go by. She helps me make personalised bath salts, roller balls, beard oils and nasal inhalers. Using Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade (CPTG) essential oils. My passion lies in helping other's achieve their health goals and bridging a much needed gap between the NHS. They provide a wonderful service but there aren't many people in that industry who focus on nutrition. My own personal experience found me constantly being told what I could not do i.e. don't eat dairy, but not much of what I could do moving forward. At my heaviest I weighed 20 stone (127 Kg) and this led to my lactose intolerance and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I taught myself how to alleviate the symptoms and change my diet painlessly and permanently. So now I try to help other's do the same. After I managed to lose 6 stone I realised that stress was one of the biggest factors, that I had yet to overcome. Since leaving my stressful job in IT I noticed my symptoms were ten times better. Which is why I now encourage people to incorporate essential oils as well, because they work wonders for managing your emotions. I have been able to replace so many products in our home using essential oils. I am managing to reduce toxins by making cleaning products and I'm even using natural home-made muscle rub, ointments, deodorants, inhalers and baby wipes!! ...Whatever life throws at us, we have been able to turn to our box of oils rather than worry as to whether we will be able to get a Doctor's appointment or if there is a pharmacy open. We have had so many different, positive results with supporting our health and wellbeing. So naturally I feel passionate about sharing my wealth of knowledge and skills with you lovely lot

Did you know that women aged 45 to 64 years have the highest rates of su***de?

In the transition of midlife, women may experience significant changes, including how menopause impacts ADHD symptoms. My latest article sheds light on this crucial connection and offers insights into managing the associated challenges.

Tragically, su***de statistics regularly show us that the greatest risk for su***de amongst women is at its highest between the ages of 45-64. This alarming reality aligns with the emergence of a ‘missed generation’ of women who are only now being diagnosed with ADHD.For decades, ADHD was misund...

Had an incredible experience yesterday attending a customer care course facilitated by the amazing Ken Rennie @ Power to Enable! 🙌 His insights into the psychological and emotional intelligence aspects of customer service were not only enlightening but also deeply aligned with my values.

The way Ken connected customer interactions with human emotions and the power of empathy really resonated with me. It's a reminder that great customer care isn't just about addressing needs—it's about understanding people at a deeper level. ❤️

One of the highlights of the day was taking a personality test, and I was thrilled to discover that I’m an Extroverted Feeler! 🎉 It was so validating to see how my natural inclinations toward empathy and connecting with others align so well with the customer care strategies we discussed.

I’m excited to apply what I’ve learned and continue evolving both personally and professionally. The course has given me so much to think about in terms of customer relationships and emotional connection.

Thank you Ken for delivering such a valuable and impactful session! 🚀 hashtag hashtag hashtag hashtag hashtag hashtag hashtag

Sometimes, life hands you answers to questions you’ve been asking for a long time. I have officially diagnosed with ADHD, something I’ve suspected for a very long while.

This confirmation is more than just a label—it's a lens through which I’m better understanding myself, my strengths, and the unique way I navigate the world. It’s empowering to finally have clarity, and it’s a reminder of the importance of self-awareness and seeking the right support when you need it.

ADHD isn’t a barrier—it’s a different operating system. And like any system, it comes with its challenges but also incredible potential. I’m excited to continue this journey of self-discovery and to embrace how this will shape my work, my creativity, and my growth.

To anyone who’s exploring their own neurodivergence or considering the next steps toward understanding themselves better, you are not alone!! I’d love to connect, share experiences, or simply support one another in our journeys.

This is me today, feeling shattered but immensely proud of my efforts! Now it's just a matter of time to see if I have passed my Masters 🤞🤞

I'm definitely glad I chose a subject close to my heart, otherwise I probably would've dwindled and ended up with a very mediocre end result.

P.S. I know my reference list is probably way too long but the perks of an ADHD brain... where there's a rabbit hole, that's where you'll find me 🤣🤓

Real slim shady, what 😱😲

First time trying to dye my hair blonde in an absolute age and it's gone a bit orangey but looks pretty cool. I'm undecided though, should I go for bleach round 2, or head to Tesco and grab a pink to slap on top 🤔🤷‍♀️🤣🤣

Good Morning Everybody

I hope you are well and had an enjoyable weekend!

This is a friendly reminder about the fundraiser that I am running on Saturday 2nd March 2024.

I will be donating the length of my hair (approx. 12-15 inches) to The Little Princess Trust so that it can be made into a wig and given to a child or young person who has lost their hair to cancer. ✂️💇

Alongside this, I have also opted to shave my head with the aim of raising much needed funds for the charity as well. They rely heavily on funding and donations and the cost per wig is an astounding £700:

£150 for the consultation and £500 to make and fit the wig 😲🤯

As such, I have dared to 'brave the shave' and leave the ball in your court....The more money I raise, the shorter I will shave my hair!! 🪒😬 So far I am down to a Grade 3 all over 🫦😟

All donations are greatly appreciated and go to an amazing charity who do some incredible work in research, awareness and support for all young people, up to the age of 24.

Thank you for your time and have a fantastic week! ☺️

On Saturday 2nd March 2024, I am going to be cutting between 12-15 inches of my hair … Helen Baker precisa do seu apoio para Donating Hair & Shaving My Head
