✨ From Client to Consultant – My Weight Loss Journey ✨
I’ve always been able to lose weight, but maintaining it, NO!!
That was the real challenge every time.
Seven years ago, I started The 1:1 Diet (formerly Cambridge Diet), and for the first time, I found something that worked long-term.
It’s not just about losing weight—it’s about learning what my body needs, how to control portions, and making changes I can actually stick to.
This is what I gained:

✅ More energy
✅ Sustainable habits
I still enjoy my favourite foods, but I’ve found a balance that works for me—a couple of products a day (just because I love them 😍) + real food.
It’s simple, flexible, and keeps me on track.
