✨ We welcome you back ✨
We are super happy to open the space again and welcome you back to our Gong Baths. Returning to this work together feels meaningful for us, and we are honoured to share two very different and complementary sound experiences with you as we move through winter and into the new year.
Sound has a unique way of meeting us where we are. It does not ask for effort or understanding. It invites rest, clarity, grounding, and reconnection in a way that words often cannot.
These two sessions have been created with intention, care, and rhythm, to support two different moments in the cycle.
🌑 Closing the Year · Rest · Reset · Heart Connection
Held at Cambridge Dance Studios, this Gong Bath offers a warm, nurturing space to pause and gently close the year. December can be full and emotionally rich, and this session is an invitation to soften, rest, and honour everything you have lived through. Through sound, candlelight, aroma, and a ceremonial cacao drink, the nervous system is supported to slow down and restore balance. This is a heart focused session, held as a moment of reunion, reflection, and quiet integration.
🔥 Igniting the New Cycle · Clarity · Vitality · Inner Direction
Held at the Winton Thomas Recital Hall at The Leys Music School, this Gong Bath supports the transition from intention into action as the year begins to take shape. This session works with rhythm, direction, and inner fire. The sound journey opens with the Dhyangro Nepalese shamanic drum, sharp and penetrating, traditionally used for guidance and heart centred awakening. This is grounded by the deeper, steadier Balinese shamanic drum, supporting stability, embodiment, and rooted presence.
Played together by Angela and Yuri, these two ancient traditions create a powerful dialogue between heart and root, clarity and grounding. Gongs and ritual instruments then open the sound field further, allowing vibration to move through the body and nervous system with flow. The experience is supported by warming orange light, intention setting with pen and paper, uplifting aromatherapy, and Fired Up herbal tea to integrate and warm from within.
The Leys Music School is a beautifully designed and acoustically refined space in the heart of Cambridge. The venue is fully accessible, and free on site parking is available, making it possible for more members of our community to join us.
Both sessions are held with care, presence, and respect for where each person is in their own journey. You are welcome exactly as you are.
