👩‍🍼Our next Saffron Walden Hub is on the 30th January at Saffron Community Link. Our experienced team of birth and postnatal doulas are here to support all things birth and baby. New and expectant parents are welcome to drop in anytime during the session.🫄🏳️‍🌈

🎉First planning meeting of the year over delicious lunch. Looking ahead at the year's events to bring hubs and baby nests to Strawberry Fair, Pride, Stourbridge Fayre and our annual picnic! As well as furthering our own skills and knowledge to continue to support our local community. 💪🍓 🏳️‍🌈

🫄Our first Cambridge hub of the year is on Tuesday 27th January at . Come along for a hot beverage and meet other new and expectant parents. Our experienced birth and postnatal doulas will be available for support, signposting and answer any questions you might have on all things birth and baby.

Such a wonderful Birth and Baby Hub in Cambridge yesterday! From sling demos to doing inversions and teaching all about the wonderful biomechanics of birth, it was fun, funny, informative, and always gorgeously warm 🥰

Reminder that next month’s December hub has been moved to the 16th (THIRD TUESDAY) so we can sneak in a cuddle ahead of Christmas 🎄
