Ever wanted to try a Barre class but felt a bit intimidated? Our brand new Barre for Beginners 6-Week Course with Jenna is designed just for you. Barre is a dynamic, low-impact mix of ballet, Pilates, and yoga designed to strengthen and tone while boosting your posture and flexibility.

Fundamental Barre technique and alignment.
How to build strength, stability, and confidence in your movement.
Key terms and class structures so you can step into any open class with Amy afterwards.
