We are committed to offering classes which will nourish you from the inside out, whether you’re a complete beginner, a seasoned practitioner, fitness lover, or relaxation seeker.

We’re reaching out with a small request for help.

A painting that we have been displaying in the studio for a local artist appears to have gone missing. The artist has now asked for the work to be returned, and unfortunately we haven’t been able to locate it in the studio.

It’s possible that the painting may have been moved, borrowed, or even taken accidentally. If you remember seeing it recently, or if you may have taken it home by mistake, we would be very grateful if you could let us know (or just bring it back, no questions asked).

As we navigate the depths of winter, we invite you to pause and reconnect with the light that has always been there.

Join us for a Saturday Special with Pippa Moss designed to sustain you through the darker months. "Tend the Fire" is a slow, spacious practice weaving together grounding yoga, somatic enquiry, and breath-led movement to soften what feels heavy and cultivate deep steadiness.

We will close this nourishing practice with live harmonium and mantra - a warm, resonant soundscape to uplift your spirit.

New year, new name, same big heart. 🧡 We are starting 2026 with a bang by introducing GOOD YOGA - the rebrand of our beloved community donation classes in collaboration with Barefoot Body !

We believe yoga should feel good and do good. That’s why 100% of the donations from this weekly class go directly to Centre 33, supporting vital mental health services for young people across Cambridgeshire.

Why join us?

🙌The Teachers: These sessions are led by the talented, newly qualified teachers from Barefoot Body Training. Expect fresh energy and a very warm welcome.

🎁The Cause: Your support helps Centre 33 provide free, confidential counselling, housing advice, and support for young carers to thousands of local people every year.

✨The Vibe: An all-levels, inclusive space. Whether it’s your first time on a mat or your thousandth, you belong here.

This is our invitation to the whole CAMYOGA community to practice Dāna (selfless giving). Your generosity helps this incredible charity bridge the dignity gap for local families by delivering toys and essentials this Christmas.

This is a FREE yoga class led by Barefoot Body graduate teachers who are passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with the community. While the class is free, we encourage you to make a donation to a wonderful local charity, Centre 33 - supporting young people in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough , who provide vital support to young people in Cambridgeshire. Our Saturday Specials are designed to give you a chance to try something new, or deepen an existing practice. Tomorrow, Emma is teaching Ashtanga with a focus on the second 1/2 of the Primary Series (10:00 - 11:30am 🧘‍♀️).

Ashtanga is moving meditation - linking breath to postures. As we're focusing on the second 1/2 of the Primary series, expect to explore arm balances, deep hip openers, and inversions - come and give it a try!

As always, our commitment is to a welcoming and supportive environment - we encourage a modern way of practicing Ashtanga, and we make use of props and modifications to ensure you get exactly what you need from the practice.
