TLC Cambridge Manor Supports Arthur Rank Hospice — Join Us in Making a Difference
As you have seen on the news,Arthur Rank Hospice is facing a few £ millions funding shortfall, putting essential end-of-life care in Cambridge at risk.
We may not receive hospice funding ourselves — but we work closely with Arthur Rank and have welcomed many of their residents into our care over the years. Their work matters deeply to us, and to our community.
That’s why we’ve opened a donation point in our reception area to help support their appeal.
💚 Staff, families, visitors and members of the public are invited to contribute — every donation helps.

🔹 What You’ll Do
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Registered Manager to ensure high-quality, compassionate care across our community. Your role will include:
✔ Mentoring and supervising care staff
✔ Carrying out client assessments and reviews
✔ Supporting with complex care needs (palliative, catheter/stoma care, etc.)
✔ Participating in the on-call rota
✔ Promoting best practice in compliance and quality care

🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
✅ Passion for person-centred care
✅ Leadership and strong communication skills
✅ Flexibility (07:00–22:00 shifts, alternate weekends)
✅ Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
✅ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
