PRACTICAL PATHWORKING TIPS!...
A comprehensive guide to self-transformative 'shadow' work! The notable aspect omitted is what we call in shamanic healing: "Expulsion of Intrusions"...

INTRUSIONS are self-sabotaging energy patterns that we internalised from others [especially in childhood and in damaging relationships] and then adopted as self-identified parts of our own personality e.g. when someone convinced us that we were 'bad', 'idiotic', 'incompetent', 'unlovable etc. The end-result of intrusions is that they unconsciously drive us to live out these patterns and hence accumulate more 'evidence' that they are true - a vicious cycle!...

Not only that, but also we exhaust ourselves trying to act in ways designed to create results that will disprove the internalised programme that we were energetically-forced to install into our 'shadow-self'. Such 'compensatory behaviours' will sometimes be convincing to others, but they will never fully convince ourself, because someone else's energy-pattern is still embedded in our personal shadow. They also carry a heavy energetic cost that can ultimately manifest as ill-health.

INTRUSIONS are thus our INNER DEMONS of SELF-SABOTAGE. Since biblical times, "casting out demons" has been widely practiced by religious zealots of many kinds, who employ spiritually-aggressive ceremonies and rituals for this purpose. These traumatic practices can produce temporary benefits due to a combination of endorphins, stress hormones and placebo effect, but once these drama-generated reactions wear off, the sufferer often relapses.

Legitimate SHAMANIC HEALING of intrusions [sometimes called 'entities' or 'entity possessions'] requires a more sophisticated approach which takes into account that 'intrusions' have a dual composition... a component from the external source, and a component from the sufferer themself. Uninformed use of 'entity expulsion' practices can disconnect the client from a part of themself i.e. throwing the baby out with the bath-water!. The self-owned part of an 'intrusion' [inner demon experience] is in need of healing, not aggressive expulsion!

SHAKING MEDICINE dissipates trauma energies that we otherwise absorb to our detriment. It can also be fun and energising - as in shaking dances.
