Position Details
• Hours: Part-time (3-5 days per week), flexible schedule
• Office Location: Littleport CB61RA
• Salary: Competitive
• Experience: No prior experience in care is necessary, although it is considered an asset
Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your duties will be varied and will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining organized filing systems for client records and administrative documents
• Managing and archiving confidential information
• Conducting audits of care plans, care notes, and other essential documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Visiting clients in their homes to update documentation and ensure information is up-to-date
Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
