Dropped off some much needed supplies to A.R.C animal rescue centre this morning. They are funded entirely from donations. They rescue, rehabilitates and rehomes dogs and cat amongst other small animals. Speaking to their wonderful team this morning I was told they currently have around 150 animals in their care. What a wonderful bunch of humans. 🙏

About Me

My name is Tori and I live in Cambridge, UK. I offer Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga in a group, corporate or private class.

I am a member of the Yoga Alliance and am fully insured.

Why Yoga Beats? As well as yoga, music is a big part of my life. I love to dance around, sing and feel the vibrations and energy that music provides. Music to me is life, even our heart has a beat!

I found my love for yoga after suffering with depression as a teenager. I was eager to find out more about myself and understand my emotions so tried yoga. Instantly I fell in love with the practice. It was the first time, for me, that I connected with my breath, my body and my mind.
