Our PDL Vili delivered First Aid and Horizontal Evacuation training for colleagues from Cherry Hinton Care Home and Cambridge Manor Care Home. It was a valuable opportunity to refresh essential skills, build confidence, and ensure we are all prepared to keep our residents safe.

We were proud to attend the Great British Care Awards and support our nominated colleagues. Although we didn’t win this time, we know that the real achievement is the positive impact we make every day on our residents and their families.

We are delighted to invite you to celebrate Holi with us at Cambridge Manor!
Holi, the Festival of Colours, is a joyful celebration of unity, happiness, and new beginnings — and we would love for team members, residents’ relatives, and friends to join us for this vibrant occasion.

📍 Venue: Cambridge Manor
⏰ Time: 03:00-04:00

To embrace the spirit of Holi, we kindly encourage everyone to wear a white dress/Salwar or white T‑shirt (during the celebration), as this will make the colours even more fun and visually beautiful when we splash them.
The afternoon will include colours (safe and gentle), music and lots of festive cheer.

We had a fantastic time at Cambridge Manor Care Home as our talented Head Chef Ravi hosted a wonderful cooking session in our home 👨‍🍳✨
Residents loved getting involved, sharing stories, and of course tasting the delicious creations! A big thank you to Chef Ravi for making it such a fun and engaging experience for everyone.

There’s always a great buzz here at Cambridge Manor during our Golden Games sessions! 🎉
Our residents have been enjoying gentle exercises run by Living Sport – a fantastic way to keep active, boost wellbeing, and most importantly, have lots of fun together. 💛
Just look at those happy faces – movement, laughter and friendship all in one session! We’re so proud to support activities that keep our community smiling and thriving.

On Friday we celebrated not just romance, but friendship, kindness, teamwork, and the special bonds we share with our amazing colleagues. From laughter in the corridors to the support we give one another every day, love truly lives in the little moments.
We’re so grateful to be part of a team that feels like family — because love isn’t just something we feel, it’s something we show through care, compassion, and connection.
