1. Give love to others through kindness, support, gratitude and encouragement
2. Gratitude ⚡️Practicing gratitude can have a significant impact on feelings of hope and happiness. When you feeling grateful you are giving love, and whatever you give you receive 💛
3. Amplify good feelings by thinking about all the good things you love.
4. Practice self-care.
5. Nourish your body and mind.
6. Eat healthy foods and drink pure water.
7. Exercise - regular exercise can help you reduce stress, feelings of anxiety, and symptoms of low mood while boosting self esteem and happiness. Try yoga or any type of exercise that resonates with you.
8. Live in the present moment- let go of the past.
